Our Covid-19 Safety Measures:
In person classes will be capped 8 people and pre-registration is required through the MINDBODY App. (We will not be allowing walk-ins in our efforts to limit in-studio transactions.
There will be 30 minutes between scheduled classes to allow for an adequate clean of the floor and props
We suggest students and teachers wear masks in and out of the studio.
Students/teachers will not be required to wear masks when practicing yoga
We suggest students wait outside/in car before class instead of our waiting area, in addition to limiting bathroom use, if possible
Please bring your own yoga mat. Our mats will not be available for use, safety is our intention here. The rest of the yoga props will be available for use, and we will ensure that disinfecting products are used

**Rooted Heart clients may park in the lot that wraps around the north and west sides of the building. Any open spot can be used!
